水产养殖博士,2019年6月入职宁波大学,荷兰瓦赫宁根大学人类营养与健康系(营养、代谢和基因组学团队)公派访问学者(2023.04-2024.03),致力于海水贝类高不饱和脂肪酸(HUFA)代谢与调控研究、及其高效健康养殖技术构建,已主持国家、省、市(县)和校级项目共计8项,以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇,包括BBA-Molecular and Cell Biology of Lipids、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Molecular Ecology Resources、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry和Aquaculture等期刊。
